The Rooms Menu brochure for Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa was designed as a fold-out piece that transitions from a compact 4″x9″ format to a fully open 16″x9″ layout. This structure allows all guest rooms to be displayed together across the central spread, creating a visually impressive presentation while keeping the brochure practical for distribution.
Design responsibilities included layout, typography, photography integration, and brochure folding mechanics. The design balances luxury branding with functional clarity, ensuring that room descriptions, rates, and package information are easy to navigate while reflecting the elegance of one of America’s most romantic inns.
